weekly events

PURSUE: Sunday nights students 6-12th grade are invited to join us from 5-7pm in the Youth Worship Center. Dinner is served from 5:00-5:30 and from 5:30-7:00 students separate into small groups by grade and gender. This time pursuing the Lord helps student learn how to model their lives like Christ through scripture memory, teaching, prayer time, accountability, and opportunities to bond with others. We ask that each family sends $20 per semester to help cover the cost of food.

RELENT: Wednesday nights we meet in the youth room from 5-7pm for a high energy, fun, and exciting time of teaching and outreach. Crazy skits, games, worship and teaching are in store for this awesome time of fellowship!

CROSS TRAINING: Each Fall students who want to dive deeper in their faith participate in this semester long study. This is for students who want to learn how to walk side by side with Jesus through prayer, meditation, scripture memory, study and discussion. This program will run every Sunday afternoon through the Fall Semester beginning at 4pm in room 4100. Students must have their parent’s permission that they are ready for such an in-depth walk with the Lord. Please consider all that is required before allowing your student to participate. Registration and a fee is required.

DEEP IMPACT: During the spring semester, student take a hands-on approach to put into practice what they believe. They test to learn their spiritual gifts, and take on service and evangelism. Parents are asked to consider the requirements before signing the consent form to allow participate in this in-depth walk with the Lord. There will be a Mystery Trip for participants upon completion of this course.

SOUL FOOD: Thursdays during June and July, go deeper by spending time on your own reading the word and then break into small groups to discuss what you've learned. Then everyone will go to lunch! Bring money for lunch, 11:30am-2:00pm.
